10:00 – Official Opening of the Meeting
Welcome to participants
Attendance of representatives from Chojnice Municipality, GOK (Cultural Centre), sponsors
Short speeches and ceremonial launch
10:30 – Lecture: History of Swornegacie & Guided Tour
Presentation on the village`s history
Explanation of the origin of the name "Swornegacie"
Walk around the village with a guide – village leader Dominik Dykier
12:30 – Trip to Charzykowy
Travel by private cars to the holiday resort of Charzykowy (parking near the local cemetery)
Group lunch at a reserved restaurant in the town center (meals paid individually to the waitstaff)
13:30 – Ecological Festival and Market in Charzykowy
Free time to enjoy the event near the amphitheater by Lake Charzykowskie
15:30 – Return to Swornegacie
Those without cars may join rides offered by others (e.g., the organizer has seats in a Fabia)
Recommended parking – behind St. Barbara`s Church, first street on the left (coming from Chojnice)
No parking at the Cultural Centre
16:00 – Fan Club Gathering at the Cultural Centre
Screening of recordings from previous meetings (DVD, Blu-ray)
Concert screening: ELO live at Hyde Park, London 2014 (approx. 60 min)
Coffee, tea, drinks, and cakes prepared by the local women’s association
Opportunity to share memories, photos, and concert recordings (bring USB drives!)
18:30 – Walk to the Amphitheatre by Lake Karsińskie
Distance approx. 600 meters on foot; car access available
Seasonal bar and large parking area by the amphitheatre
19:00 – Evening Part of the Meeting – Concert and Party
ELO cover concert by Ryszard Stopa (approx. 50 minutes, no intermissions)
ELO knowledge quiz – after 1/3 of the concert (1st prize: wooden Jeff Lynne relief carved by a local artist – present at the 10:00 opening)
Quiz about the Chojnice municipality – during the second intermission (1st prize: a pair of Swornegacie-style underpants)
Dance party with a DJ – ELO music, hits from the 70s, 80s, and more
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
No organized catering, meal fees, or ticketing – these are self-funded
We recommend arriving already on Friday, July 25, to not miss Saturday’s attractions
Accommodation should be booked in advance (e.g., via Google Maps). In summer, Swornegacie hosts up to 5000 people!
The largest guest house is “Psia Góra”, located near the beach and amphitheater.
